Not looking for anything highend or fancy. Approximate prices:

i5 750 for ~170$
mATX P55 mobo for ~90$
4GB(2x2GB) DDR3 (1333 or 1600mhz)for ~70$
~~~700w Modular PSU~~ - BOUGHT

I also would like some sort of cheap lga 1156 cooler, like a Dark Knight or something

Edit- RAM needs to be low voltage, i.e. 1.65v or below
