Multiplier increasing. Boot play a game or something to test stable and go from there. With proper cooling and power of course. (example change 10 to 10.5/11)

Assuming you have the K version. If not you can increase bclk to like 102 and be safe.

I have non k version and my multiplier is unlocked and i can set up to 59x
Your board has auto oc/profiles for non k versions. Asus boards do allow oc though for them. try 40 see if it takes it.

Everyone saying that 42 multiplier is max for i7 2600non k but i literally can set it to 59, why?. What's the safest bclk value?

You can set it, but to no effect. Just download intel xtreme utility and try to set +1 +1 hit apply. until it has no effect.

Best I managed was 105.46 bclk with a Xeon 1240 V2 on a ASUS mATX board.

BCLK OC is not advised. So 102 should be safe spot iirc. Going too much affects other components like PCIe, dram.
