Hi,

I have an i7 3770 (non-k) and while I'm gaming, rendering videos, etc. it hits 88 degrees, and while stress testing it hits 90 degrees. While at full load my core voltage is 1.144V and power max 52W, I have water cooling with TDP up to 180W and I really don't see a problem. I tried replacing my thermal paste and nothing... Can someone help me?

Your cooling is only going to be as good as your radiator (for the most part). Check the flow rate, and how are your fans set up on the rad ?, push, pull, push/pull ?

idk, don't have that sensor but I can tell that pretty hot air is coming out of radiator.

Just checking, but were you sure to remove any protective measures off of the bottom of the block?

You are defiantly at the cooling capacity of that radiator then. Is this a AIO or a custom loop we are talking about ?

they are pulling air out of the case

How about helping us help you and at least tell us what cooler we are dealing with?

System specifications could also help with something obvious, but as long as you want to keep feeding us one grain of rice at a time, we are just guessing things it could be.

I can hear the water

Don't think you should be hearing the liquid in the cooler as it should not contain any air in it, so it shouldn't be "sloshing water" in it to create any sound..

It should be better than stock, but I'm getting same temps

I was using cpu-z and aida-64

I think I read Aida now uses AVX instruction set? So if your bios has an AVX setting pick '3' or something to dial it down.

Also if its an AIO make sure you set the software to use the 'Extreme' cooling modes. Your cooler could be set to a 'Quiet' mode
affecting your cooling performance. I noticed that with my Corsair H100i.

One more thing, I have graphics card blowing up so my radiator fan is sucking that pretty warm air

But the interesting part is that I have normal fps while gaming at 88-90 degrees and I am not experiencing any throttling

I think that I left it "Quiet" in bios, let me change it and I will tell u the results

If its an AIO its controlled via software not bios though your other fans may be.

I would remove that AIO and install the stock cooler. Also you can try to undervolt it, set offset to - (minus) and then try 0.500V-0.250V.

Which one is it? Would help if you posted some details here.

Fwiw my H100i prime95 priming hit 91 degrees with AVX on and some saw you get better results with traditional double heatpipe style heatsinks.
