I did a clean windows 11 install yesterday and a cpu and gpu repaste with thermal grizzly kryonaut. I setup new version of throttlestop today.
In TPL why is speed shift disabled default?
I attached a log with 30 minutes in a game; got this yellow thing after another 30 minutes in another game.

Many 7th Gen laptops did not enable Speed Shift in the BIOS like they should have been doing. You can check the Speed Shift box in the TPL window to take care of this problem. Set the Min and Max to the recommended values.

I would set IccMax to the maximum, 255.75, for both the core and the cache. Having this set to only 68 might cause some throttling problems.

I would check the MMIO Lock box. An Intel CPU does not need two separate sets of power limits.

The log file shows that your CPU is running good with no throttling issues.

Like this? Icc max 255 A has some negative effects? Thank you!

It is just a limit. Setting IccMax sky high tells the CPU to ignore this limit.
If you do not feel comfortable doing this then leave it at 68 A.
