Are you planning on air or water cooling?

To start, air cooling, a few paychecks down the road and then I will WC the CPU. I will also be modding the case (first case mod project for me) in a few months (moving soon).
So a few questions.

1. What kind of air movement do I need to add if I am just running at stock speeds until I can pony up dough for some WC?

2. Anyone have a favorite WC Block for the i7?

3. I do plan on OC this chip down the road, on a scale of 1-10, how important is WC the NB/SB on this MB? I was just planning on CPU and then GPU cooling.

thanks

Ill be honest with you. I had a Cosmos 1000 from July 08 till April 09. I had it on air cooling and I pretty much hated that p.o.s. That case is mainly designed for W/C. Air flow isn't all that great and the door locking is a pain in the ass.
If you are going to air cool first then I would recommend you either look at the Antec 1200, Coolermaster HAF 932 or the Coolermaster ATCS 840 depending on your budget. All 3 offer phenomenal air cooling and water cooling options. Out of those three I would personally get the ATCS myself because it has a very professional look, awesome air cooling and many watercooling options as well a beautiful interior.
Oh and if you're deadset on the Cosmos then you should look at the Cosmos S. Has better cooling than the 1000. Although the side fan does interfere with tall cpu heatsinks and what not.
