IBM Builds Fastest Chip Ever

    IBM Corp. began shipping high-end computers Tuesday built around the fastest chip on Earth, a microprocessor that can carry out up to 5 billion instructions per second, surpassing the speediest competing processors built by rivals like Intel or Sun Microsystems.

    Cause it probly costs 5 billion dollars :laugh: and still wont play Crysis with 16x AA at a crazy high res.

    Many people have noticed, just not here. Simple reason for that though, it's not a desktop system, hence nobody here will ever see one, let alone use one.

    its a nice tech i like the watercooling solution on that ibm newest chip
    i hope intel can make a deal with ibm to use thre watercooling solution on intel higend cpu's :)

    Lol, it says there that if you don't use liquid cooling everything will catch on fire! :laugh:

    Just imagine what would happen if your pump fails... :eek:
