ID-COOLING today announced SE-224-XT Basic CPU air cooler, featuring 4 direct-touch copper heatpipe, 120 mm PWM fan and newly designed mounting mechanism. This cooler is designed to cool those processors with a TDP under 180 W. With a dimension of 120x73x154mm, this cooler is basically compatible with all regular ATX cases.

The included standard 120x120x25mm fan has 8 pcs rubber dampeners on all corners of both sides, running at 700 to 1800rpm with PWM support while pushing 76.16CFM air at maximum speed, noise level measured 15.2 to 32.5 dB(A). An extra fan clip set is included for a push-pull configuration. The bundled thermal grease is named ID-TG25, which has a thermal conductivity of 10.5 W/m-K.

With a set of metal mounting brackets, SE-224-XT Basic is compatible with all mainstream CPU sockets, including Intel LGA2066/2011/1150/1151/1155/1156 and AMD AM4.

MSRP for SE-224-XT Basic: 27USD/27€ (Excl. VAT).

Available date: Early Dec., 2019.

Yet this one still hasn't figured out that the worst place to place a heatpipe is behind another heatpipe.
Why is it so hard to stagger them a bit so they'll receive direct air flow?
