IE won't start!!

I use IE8 and it worked fine until yesterday night.
When I double click on desktop nothing happens.
So I go to start and open IE8 from there but it doesn't open but gives me these 2 errors : (first top one, after I click ok, the second one)

I've deleted and re installed it but still the same thing..
What should I do?? :cry:

use anything but IE

. I had that problem before. scan for virus and use Ccleaner to clean the registry and try uninstalling and reinstall again after that

Anything but IE xD;
I actually use Chrome most of the time but sometimes for important things,
I need IE... I will try virus scan and already done Ccleaner then try reinstalling again

I downgraded to IE7 again and now it works fine!
