I want some benchmarks.. I wont get it if my HD 4850 cant play max with 60fps.

Doh? I'm hoping I get 40-45 solid fps in 1680x1050 in HIGH settings. Buying it either way though, I loved Crysis.

Yea I like it too but its not worth it if I have to mess with the settings to get a good fps for about the same time it takes to beat the game.

Where was there people complaining the game was too cerebral? That's scary. Nonetheless, I doubt they've cured some of the issues I personally have w/ the game, and I don't really trust the people at ign, but I am looking forward to playing this, can't beat those purty graphics for ambiance. When is it coming out?

well - all things considered, if the users back up the claims of the reviews this time around, I might just pick it up. TBH, it does sound a lot better than the first one was . . .

for sure . . . but EA have been attempting to take over distribution, marketing, and development for years . . .

look at it like this - how does EA conduct itself now? How does Eidos conduct itself now?

10-15 years ago, EA was very much like how Eidos currently is.
