There is a bug in the latest GPU-Z.
The temperature of the iGPU (uhd750) is reported as being double of what it really is.

So it worked correctly for you in previous version using the same driver?
Issue both in Celsius and Fahrenheit?

You can upload screenshots using the camera button in GPU-Z

temperature in Celsius is doubled, in Fahrenheit it is reported as gpu 150 vs 93 cpu temperature, so yes same problem in Fahrenheit.
Problem also exists in 2.44.0 and 2.43.0 , that are the only older versions i still have on disk so it might exist for longer already.

Other card dGpu is vega and gets reported correctly, also other monitoring software like hwinfo64 does report the correct iGpu temperature which should be practically the same as cpu temp (idling situation).

extra info: using Intel driver 30.0.101.1404

please refresh your pageview, i have edited my post with extra info.
Since the iGpu is practically never taxed or loaded since the serious stuff is done on dGpu i can not say if it reaches 100C under max load.
When i run the render test , it runs on dGpu rx vega, when i move the render test window to the iGpu driven monitor then the iGpu temp reported by gpu-z drops with 10C..
This does not happen in hwinfo64 which reports correctly.
Definitely some odd behavior.

and as matter of fact the frequencies of the graphics iGpu are not reported correctly either (@idle), they seem to be half of what they actually run.
The "default clock" in above screenshot are the correct ones , the "GPU clock" reported are faulty.

This is what hwinfo reports:

How interesting, will try to setup a RKL system, busy week ahead though, 3090 Ti launch, 12900KS, 5800X3D and the other new Ryzens. Remind me in a couple of weeks if I forget
