larger SSD, youll max that out fairly quickly with games and OS

not sure the point of pcie SSD rather spend the cash on a bigger better sata SSD

or faster ram?

oh forgot to tell
pci-e ssd is only for games :) (and game design related software) (right now i only use around 170gb space for games)
sata ssd would be only for windows

all other stuff like movies images,and non important software, and backup goes to the 2x 500gb hdd
i cant realy profit from faster ram becus those xeons dont have higher speeds then 1333mhz
tough i might someday replace all my current ram with ecc, buffered ram

I think it heavily depends on the price of that RevoDrive (the model you link is older and discontinued). You could most likely get a 512gb SSD that does 500Mb/s read and write for around the same price or even cheaper.

The revo isn't worth the money I got an older one and they are good but so is 6g sata3 and a few good ssds

Its not the best but it should be fine the best would have pciex3 support but thats a mobo swap too .
