My friend was just casually playing some game on her iMac when it suddenly shut down for no reason. It's an iMac from around 2015-16.
i tried googling, and most of the similar issues leads to problems with power supply... she didn't get any warnings or so. it didn't feel overheated either.
it's probably not a one-time happening this, so it will probably repeat itself, huh?

what could be the problem with her iMac? any suggestions on what might be wrong? we are utterly clueless here... (i have told her to get herself a PC instead, but wow so reluctant she is to that...)

ps: sorry if this was posted in the wrong section.. wasn't really certain where to post this matter...
