In Win Shows Off the 303 Type-C Chassis

In Win showed off a new variant of its 303 chassis, the 303 Type-C. As its name suggests, the case features a USB 3.1 type-C front panel port, backed by standard USB 3.0/3.1 headers, besides two each of USB 3.0/3.1 and USB 2.0/1.1 type-A ports; and standard HDA audio jacks. The case is otherwise identical to the original In Win 303, which it launched in May 2016.

Those In Win cases tho.. Really thinking of going for a In Win case for the Ryzen build coming (if the hype is real..). Really like what they've been putting out lately.

Seriously? What is with the lack of 5.25" bays for optical drives? I have two and use them frequently. Case makers, get a clue eh?

Optical drive? What is this optical drive you speak of?

lol.. Anywho. Though I have not used optical drives for couple of years now, there are a few that still do. Many case manufacturers seem to be phasing out the 5.25" bays in their case designs. I have countless USB sticks that I have been using in place of the optical drive. I do have a external USB optical.. just in case the need does arise.

Optical drives are still fairly common where I live. For example, BDR's are great for backup storage. Their popularity has dropped, but it isn't gone. Plus there is more you can do with a 5.25 bay than just optical drives. It's still a deal breaker for many.

Jesus Lex, how about I give you a $1 so you can buy a clue. 5.25 bays for personal computers are DEAD, with a capital D.

Move the eff on. Don't like the case, don't buy one. But it's not because In Win doesn't make a kick ass case, they do. It's just because you aren't staying modern enough to stick with the times.

Go back to your Antec 900 case and leave the artwork to the big boys.

Being modern has absolutely NOTHING to do with giving up on technology that is useful and functional. Otherwise we would not still have keyboards, mice, game controllers, cases, monitors and a multitude of other examples of technology that are older than modern computing and yet still essential and even vital to our daily computing. You were saying?

And FYI, I have a Cooler Master HAF XB. Antec what now?
