I tried Speed Fan, It didnt work, then I tried this "I8kfanGUI" and it didnt work. I just wanna control my fan so it stops burning my legs and making my nuts sweat.

laptops as I'm aware of do not have that capability. Try buying a laptop cooler.

fans on laptops already control themselves. When the CPU gets to a certain temp, it goes to full fan speed...on my old Inspiron 1100 it was one loud little fan. Even if you could use Speedfan, I wouldn't recommend varying the fan speed. Dang laptops meant to burn the crap out of your legs anyways...got a small scar from my old one  I love my PC :D
