Intel 10 core CPU not 3.3GHz base but 4.0GHz base / 4.5GHz boost

The Core i9 7900X with 10 cores will be the top model for a while till August 12 the 12-core flagship arrives.
Earlier the 10-core CPU would get a 3,3 GHz base speed but the base speed appears to be 4 GHz with a 4.5GHz Turbo Boost.

Not sure, I have it from a Dutch news site today.

They previously said that the 10 core had a 3.3GHz base speed, but it appears to be a 4.0GHz base speed, thats the news from today.

I'm more interested in what the speeds of the new 6 and 8 core chips will be, because they're likely our only hope of pricing that isn't astronomical.
