Hi guys,

I want to buy a decent Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Quad for overclocking. I had somthing like the E4600 or E4700 in mind but I am open to anything.

I will have my E8600 ready for posting on Monday or Tuesday. Just as soon as my Q9550 arrives.

Let me know.

How much would you be looking for that?

Well, i'd ideally like a low end Core2Duo (that can play 1080p smooth) + Money. But for money only, give me an offer.

I think an E8600 is going to be our of my price range. Sorry!

For a decent 1080p capable CPU i would reccomend the E5200. Its only about £50 on Scan and its more than capable for my media centre.
