Did anyone notice that the dude said the chip had positive temps, even with LN2? That's the 1st time i've ever heard of this happening to any chip!

Yea lol, it ate up -100c LN2 cooling power to push temps to over 0c. That is the definition of insane.

This for a change is impressive. They usually cut down cores to just one and then brag about clocks. 6GHz on all cores (and so many of them) is impressive. I just wonder how they can supply all the power through thin connections on PCB. Even if they use thicker wires to the motherboard, the PCB only has as thick printing as it has. Hm.

I'd be seriously impressed if one could get such monsters to 4.5 GHz on all cores using only water cooling.

EDIT:
@Gasaraki
I don't think EPS uses all wires for power. Bunch of them are probably grounding and signal, just like with PCIe power cables/connectors. Which means your formula doesn't quite work there...

I'm a little late to respond, but to those that misquoted me, I said wire, not EPS cable. The rating for 14 gauge wire is 32A for a single insulated wire, splitting the load across multiple wire works well, but its like @RejZoR said, it depends on the motherboard too.

16amps over 18awg will suffer increased temps and vdroop nearing 10%, thankfully these wires are fairly short.
This could be dangerous if the cable was copper clad aluminum. Likely not in the power supply used, I wouldn't be surprised to see 16awg wire on it, I'm not certain of the ratings for the pin connectors.

That's one 'cookin' chip, pun intended.
