As far as I know yes. And they are not allowed to resell otherwise they will be out of program or retailer will be out of this priviledge.

My commute is 45 miles, or ~72km... in one direction. I won't be walking or biking that. If I could get CPUs at those prices I would have upgraded already.

That is how I got a binned 5930K ES and 5930K retail for free.

My old job sure had its benefits. Too bad it did not pay well in terms of hard cash so I retired myself a year ago. Can't do it on the side due to conflict of interest with new job, what a bummer!

Everyone who is an Intel employee is eligible. Regardless of the job they do. People employed via external contractors are not included, however.

well... the limit of processors is 1 per person, also they could get more money if they bring the old processor when purchasing the new one, also if they need more units, a second one could be sold, but sometimes these processors don't have the model printed on the IHS, completely OEM, my 3770 was purchased here in CR when intel used to have a similar program for their workers... originally i was about to get an i5 2500 or 2500k
