The real question is, how will this end up in their chips because this new design will take up a lot more space. This is screaming for 10nm.
This is probably still smaller than current Vega in Raven Ridge.

"pioneered by Intel® in a High-Performance Graphics " if intel's Graphics is High Performance, what are the other 2 ?

Now more seriously, judging by intel's statements regarding graphics, they went from being 5 generations behind to only 3, which is indeed quite an improvement.

Which is also faster, regardless AMD's next integrated graphics are going to be on 7nm soon.
