Hi, first I want to congratulate the master :respect:unclewebb for the perfect app!
After about 10 days of harassment on my laptop, Omen-17-CB1523na I found that these settings were the best for Benchmark. Interestingly, these settings are in a ratio of 3 to 1 in favor of CPU Core, not like most use 2 to 1, even 1 to 1. As I said I tested many, many options ...... I reached levels of -180 CPU Core, and -70 CPU Cache (under -70 crashed in all variants), but with these settings, performance fell.
The best performance was with these settings: CPU Core Offset Voltage: -130,9 MV to -135,7 MV, and CPU Cache Offset Voltage: -40 MV to -45 MV. After so many days of tests, I am already tired, and it will be interesting to me, and grateful if unclewebb can offer me any settings for normal use (Internet profile).
By the way I use Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Liquid Metal :)
My configuration: Intel Core i7-10750H + NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER + XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE 1TB + XPG GAMMIX S50 Lite 1TB + Samsung 870 EVO 1TB + ADATA XPG Hunter 32GB DDR4 @ 2667 MHz

Here are some benchmark scores:
First place in HWBOT for:
7-Zip - 53985 MIPS
Cinebench - R11.5 - 15.55 cb
Cinebench - R15 - 1423 cb
Cinebench - R20 - 3420 cb
Cinebench - R23 Single Core with BenchMate - 1249 cb
wPrime - 1024m - 1min 51sec 182ms
y-cruncher - Pi-1b - 1min 2sec 234ms
y-cruncher - Pi-2.5b - 2min 56sec 864ms
y-cruncher - Pi-25m - 1sec 15ms

First place in Overall, Graphics and CPU score: 3DMark Night Raid benchmark scores with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER (Notebook) and Intel Core i7-10750H !!! First place in Overall: Best 3DMark Night Raid benchmark scores with Intel Core i7-10750H with any GPU !!!
47146 score

First place in Userbenchmark for this system:

Why are you using an old version of ThrottleStop? Your undervolt settings do not appear to be working. ThrottleStop 9.5 might show that CPU voltage control has been locked out by the BIOS.

Try running ThrottleStop 9.5 and post a screenshot of the FIVR window.

This is the case, I deliberately did not activate them until I decide what settings to have in normal mode, these settings were extreme only for Benchmark. Initially, I thought the latest version didn't work for the i7 10750H, but now I tried it, it looks work, but I didn't test it, I can't mark Set Multiplier in version 9.5. What does it mean: "Run Program After Profile Change"
I would be grateful if you recommend me a daily setting :)
Since I got used to 9.2 if I went to 9.5, what is the benefit for my i7 10750H. I see that on 9.2 there is the "Run Program After Profile Change" option, but I don't understand what is it for? :))
It seems to me that if I delete Throttlestop, but I have not set the original settings, the last settings from the Throttlestop will remain, although it is deleted, right?
There is another thing to point out when I tested during those 10 days, and when it became a blue screen, several times in a row, I had to restore Windows from a backup because it was obviously something damaged in the operating system, and began to give a blue screen, even with the slightest load, but after restoring it, I could again harass it on max. Of course, this harassment continued to many blue screens, it happened more than 10 times restore Windows from a backup and testing until I found the right settings.
Also, when activated by Power Limit, the system must be restarted, otherwise it is very easy to activate.

wow nice man... what is the iccmax for core cache is it 11 or 140 like at your second post? and when you reach 100-120 watts what are your temperatures like you don't hit any throttle?

I don't know dude now I see it  , I only used version 9.2, today I started 9.5 because of unclewebb, precisely because of such doubts after I did the last test, I restored the system to a position where I did not use Throttlestop to make sure I was not was confused, with some setting.
I have never touched this setting, I wonder why it shows it in different values, on different versions, we are waiting for unclewebb to explain.
I have never reached consumption greater than 92 Watts, at least so it showed Throttlestop, the maximum temperature is 74°C, but something else is interesting, most times Power Limit (shines in red) was activated at different values that were well under 90 watts, and when it happened , I have to restart Windows if I do not restart the system, Power Limit is very easily activated, even with less loads. After restarting the system I could again test at maximum settings, and high loads, and Power Limit involves much harder.

Here's a look at these tests what are the loads:

powerlimits are unclewebb's area of expertise but damn those temps at those watts and loads :)) can you share a log file from tsbench with 960m option or something if possible? Is it hp omen or liquid metal doing that magic?

Clear the Thermal Velocity Boost box in the FIVR window. Intel calls this Boost but leaving this box checked does the opposite and causes throttling. Your log file shows the CPU multiplier dropping from 43 to 42 at approximately 65°C. That is what this feature does. It slows the CPU down 100 MHz when there is no need for this to be happening at only 65°C.

ThrottleStop 9.5 should flag this in the log file and it will show this type of throttling in Limit Reasons. The older version of ThrottleStop that you are using does not show throttling info for 10th Gen CPUs.
Your temps at full load look fantastic. :toast:

Okay, I understand, this is a good reason for me to start using 9.5
Now I'm angry that I did not use this version in the tests, I would have better results in the heavier tests!
Thank you very much unclewebb !!!
The most important thing for me now is to set up a daily profile, I will be very happy if you offer me any settings !!!:toast:

a daily profile
You do not have the cooling problems that most laptop owners have so there is no need to do anything special for your daily settings. In the FIVR window I would set the turbo ratios to their default values. Pushing the Defaults button on the bottom left side of the FIVR window should set the turbo ratios appropriately. You have a locked CPU so setting all of the turbo ratios to 50 will be ignored by the CPU. Any value higher than the default value will be ignored. The default values are listed under the Turbo column in the Turbo Ratio Limits section.

When you undervolt, there is no need to set the voltage on the edge of stability. Use however much voltage is necessary to ensure 100% stability. You should never see a BSOD when the voltage is set correctly.

Check the Windows Defender Boost box in the Options window.

I am looking forward to seeing some new HWBot records for your CPU.

Ok, I understood, I just read the article:
"Windows Defender Can Significantly Impact Intel CPU Performance, We have the Fix"
Interestingly, when I tested, I also realized that Windows Security loaded CPU, so I turned off Virus & Threat Protection and Firewall & Network Protection. I'm not sure if it had an effect, but I did it constantly while testing.
I just didn't understand the value of IccMax why is it different in 9.2 and 9.5, and what should it be?
I'll do a few tests with 9.5 to see the difference, but what value in IccMax do I put?

Set IccMax to the max, 255.75, for the core and the cache.

Maybe there was a bug in old TS version. That is why I write new versions. Fix bugs and always try to improve performance.

So, I can boast of new tests with Throttlestop 9.5. A total of 6 tests I improved the results.
I am particularly pleased to have fought for the first place of the Cinebench R23 (Multi-Core), because I spent the most time there, and finally managed with one point from above!
However, I am most pleased with the improvement in 3DMark Night Raid. I am already the first to the ranking not only for the combination of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Super (Notebook) and Intel Core i7-10750H, but also the First Place in Overall and CPU Score for the Intel Core i7-10750H for all its configurations!
And finally I want to thank on unclewebb, for the helpful tips!:toast:

helpful tips!
Happy to help!

I used to love to benchmark. I would bring my desktop computer outside during the winter. My neighbors probably thought I was crazy but it feels great to have a score that is the best in the world.

ThrottleStop has helped a lot of Intel laptops on HWBot.

Lol:D, this is familiar to me, and I also years ago as I tested my desktop, at home everyone else, they thought I was crazy, it was cold outside, and I chased them out of the room and dropped the air conditioner on a cold turbo mode....
Yesterday I ventilated again, even though it was cold, it was important that the laptop cools while I was torturing it as much as possible. My wife and my children, again wondered what crazy things I was doing again....

ThrottleStop has helped a lot of Intel laptops on HWBot.
This is why when I upload the results, in every screenshot I put Throttlestop to see it well, and everyone to understand that without it, there would be no these results !!!;)

I have an older Asus N56J laptop, with and Intel CPU i7-4710HQ.
I wonder if there is a Throttlestop version that will help me cool down my cpu

i7-4710HQ
This has absolutely nothing to do with the subject of this thread. A 4710HQ is not a 10750H. No forum appreciates thread crapping.

Create a new thread for your question in the ThrottleStop forum. Use the latest version of ThrottleStop. Post some screenshots of the FIVR and TPL windows in the new thread you create.
