recently I changed thermal pads for my palit rtx 3070ti gamerock , because my memory junction was soo high about 100-112C , its now on 72-82 maximum but my gpu die temp increased by 20C it was 42-45 and now its 65-77 max, and my gpu hot spot is around 100-105 is it safe if it was above 100? all that temps on mining not in gaming ,

Assuming it is eth that you're mining, then it sounds like you may have lost your underclock/undervolt?

Otherwise, I'd check that the thermal pad height was 100% the same, to make sure you didn't accidentally impact the contact between the gpu and the cooler.

Better contact for the memory with the cooler might increase the GPU temp if they're not isolated, but 20 degrees is a bit much.

Though, I don't know anything about that particular card or cooler.

It's a glitch, I assume with NV drivers.
Have the same thing on my 3070Ti. Basically if you leave your PC/Farm mining, and after awhile you decide to turn on the monitor(even if you have HDMI pseudo-monitor), it will reset the resolution and drop all of your PL/clock/fan settings to default. What's funny, is that if I move the mouse to get the "picture" back on the fake monitor, I can then turn on the real one and it won't reset.
Basically the only way around this, is either to leave the monitor on all the time (you can use standby), or only use the HDMI dongle.

Now I’m averaging 70C with 195watts power lock on hive os and 85% fan speed ,

And about thermal pad height , I read a review about my card and it says 1mm height for memory ,I choose gulied 1mm , idk about the whole card because I literally changed every thermal bad in the card. ,

I’m just curious if high gpu hot spot is dangerous or not,

I’m beginner at mining.

That means either your VRM (mosfet) pad thickness is too thin and the VRMs aren't getting sufficient cooling, or either the VRAM or any other pads around the core are too thick, and there isn't proper contact between the core and the heatsink, or the contact pressure is too low (most likely VRAM pads as the VRAM sits closer to the core than the VRM's do).

There was an issue for the Palit 3080 Gaming OC when it came to thermal pads which might apply to you...
