Is AMD preparing for another "big" driver release?

A month has passed by without a single driver release. Could it be that they will release another big driver with a large peformance boost?
It would be a good marketing stunt a few weeks after all the positive news about Ryzen.

Sorry to burst your bubble but the delay on driver updates is on Microsoft. Spring Creator Update being surprise-delayed has thrown everyone for a loop, AMD included.
