Is it ok if heatsink touches multiple capacitors?

Hi,
A part of my waterblock touches left side of a row of these aluminium polymer capacitors, doesn't bend them but there's almost no space to fill with thermal pad.
Idk if touching the capacitors actually help to take away heat from them, or I should use sandpaper to keep the block from touching the caps.

Can you put a super thin thermal pad over them? Or even better just a strip of kapton tape?

While the shell is not connected to either lead, I would not risk it.

I wouldn't risk it. Stick a bit of paper in between the caps and the heatsink if there's not enough room for other stuff.

Insulating sleeve
Then it must be okay

If this diagram is aluminium electrolyte capacitor, then what is around the capacitor is basically tape/paper/insulator
