Is it worth buying a pi5 with a broken hdmi connector. The seller says apart from that it is working .He is selling it for £42 which is about half the price of a new one.I have got one but unfortunately the conector for the fan has broken off
I have a case that is passive cooled, but sad to say it does not work at all now.
The tiny conector near the USB 2 ports is the one that broke off
Those micro HDMI are terrible i don,t know why Raspberry pi don,t do away with them.
After asking my AI assistant I think i will give it a miss.
*If you are considering buying a Raspberry Pi 5 with a broken HDMI connector, it is generally not advisable. The HDMI ports are crucial for connecting the Raspberry Pi to a display, and a broken connector would significantly limit its usability.*
