This is the RAM I'm running.
DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200)
Tried some different speeds/timing in the BIOS but in the end I've settled with just running it from an XMP profile and lowering the voltage by .1 to 1.55v. Then ran that through MemTest86 for one pass and it was stable.
Lowering pretty much any value in this pic outside of the Row Refresh Cycle Time results in instability or crashing when running at 2400 MHz. Thinking about just leaving it as it is(XMP @ 1.55v) as its pretty tedious when you go too low and have to short the pins on the motherboard...
