Is Micron C400 128gb still reliable?

Hello I was looking for a cheap used ssd and found that old man

After short research learned that fw update fixes blue screen and couldnt find more problems after that. Yet that doesnt change the fact this ssd is at least 5y old. So if anyone used this ssd can comment that would be nice. Thanks.
