Is MS reconciling with the PC Gaming Community?

Once again they comment on their commitment to PC gaming market but are they serious this time? You can read the article here. Microsoft Games Studios GM honestly puts into prospective MS's position on the PC gaming world. However, are they really serious in providing AA/AAA titles? So far Microsoft Game Studios have at least 2 games on the horizon for the PC:
-MS Flight
-Age of Empire Online (now accepting invites for beta testing)

However, this is just the tip of the iceberg. Only time will tell if we will see other decent PC titles in the future.

I really can't remember any Microsoft game that stood out to me. I really don't mind GFWL as I never had a problem with it and found it useful at times, though I don't think it should be a requirement to play a game. Perhaps if Microsoft made a PC game that was outstanding I would care more.

Chances are they'll add on Advertisements for Winblows Live, Use a Keyboard for Winblows Live, Suck Resources for Winblows Live, Annoy You for Winblows Live, Get in the Way of a Good Shot for Winblows Live.... etc.
