I use my system alot for gaming and internet surfing, my CPU is the Q9650 Overclocked at 3800 mhz FSB 1692.
System runs great no BSOD rock stable during gaming.

i would know if is safe running it every day with these OC settings :

BIOS

AI Overclock tuner : Manual
OC From memory level : Auto
FSB frequency : 423
CPU Ratio setting : 9.0
CPU clock skew : auto
CPU NB clock skew : Auto
FSB strap to north bridge : Auto
PCIE Frequency : 100

DRAM Frequency : DDR3-1066 528.8 ( 6-6-6-10 clocks )
DRAM Command rate : 2N
DRAM Timings control : Auto

EPU II Phase control : Full Phase

Both spectrum's disabled

Most important voltages :

What are your temps?
The settings seem to be fine although i dont know much from asus...
The EPU setting should be disabled IMO cos theres no room for energy saving when OC...
Also be sure to ACTIVELY cool your ram cos from personal experience!! they must NOT get hot!!!

Do u have efficient cooling?
What are your temps? And the RAM voltage?

Yep air cooled by Zalman CNPS 9700 NT.

Temps ( see the pic ), RAM voltage are 1.5 V

About the EPU i did not know I had to disable it if OC.

I tried to touch the RAM they are just fresh, absolutely not hot.

run OCCT's linpack test for four hours if you want to know if its stable.

as a fellow x48 owner, you can leave just about everything on auto except for NB and CPU voltages, upto 400FSB. (my board can do 475FSB with 1.5v NB and everything else auto, but DFI may beat asus here)

Thats fine, I had the chip for 6 months coupled with an Anus :) P5Q3 Deluxe and those settings will be good and safe, what I would do however is put the GTLvRef voltages onto Auto, you dont really need to be tweaking those with that overclock, and also try setting your CPU VTT onto auto, apart from that, as I said..... fine.
