That gpu base clock is 1366 mhz but gpu z, msi afterburner shows 1340mhz hmm..
check your card on the side of it closest to you and said the case and see if there is a dual bios switch on it but there is then you need to flip it and then recheck gpu-z after you close it and reopen it

True, it should have 1366MHz GPU clock, but if the card works otherwise, I wouldn't bother myself flashing it just because of 26MHz difference. Just OC it manually if needed.

Which one is safest?
Start with latest then work way down if it doesnt pan out, you have on motherboard graphics with that 2600 cpu, so if a flash doesnt work then you can recover the card.

gpu z after bios flash and reboot
Restart the system, if no change proceed to next bios. If there are more needed then we will proceed from there.

Hi, i think i have similar problem: i just bought a used Sapphire pulse rx580 4gb from amazon but it keeps crashing while playing games. i've seen that the base clock for this card should be 1257MHz but mine it's 1150MHz, according to GPU-Z. Has the bios been modifed and could this be the reason why it crashes? (Sorry for my english, i'm from Italy :) )
My specs are:
  • Cpu: ryzen 5 2600
  • Mobo: MSI b450m pro-m2 max
  • Psu: evga 600w white
  • Ram: 2x8gb Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3000Mhz
Thanks.

I'll look, back up your current bios to your desktop using GPU-Z, click arrow next to UEFI checkbox and save it.

Your card is supposed to be 1366mhz/1750, also E387 is the SSID but E353 appears to work. Give me time

Here is the verified file that should work for your card, description matches your sku11265-09 and SSID E387, has elpida memory tables. Just make sure to have a backup plan (dual gpu bios switch, on motherboard gpu (core i or ryzen apu,) or spare gpu
Build date 2017 11 15

Here are some unverified ones that may work aswell, if you are willing to experiment go ahead, just make sure to have a backup plan (dual gpu bios switch, on motherboard gpu (core i or ryzen apu) or spare gpu.

Build date 2017 11 15
This one says for your sku too

This one says for nitro but may work with pulse

Build Date 2017 11 03

(Only try these if all others fail)
Here are E353 that may work,

Get this tool, and download the very first bios at the top of this post. If it is in a zip file, uncompress it.

When you flash let me know if you get a mismatch error, if you do we will try another way to flash but E387 definitely belongs on that card.

@Alex03

@Alex03 Let us know how the flash goes please.
