Hi all!

I would like to know if there is a big difference in the performance ,quality and features between the GTX 1070M and RTX 2060 Mobile?

Also is there a possibility for the GTX 1070 M to be more stable because it is an older ,tested and proved GPU,and the RTX 2060 Mobile is a new and not too much tested card?

Please tell me.

Thanks to all in advance.

can't say since 2060m isn't out yet, it should be faster than 1070m and match 1080m performance but can't say cause we don't have any reviews yet. in a gaming laptop a lot will depend on the cpu,I've seen many laptops using a cpu that straight up bottlenecks the card and you've got one with 1070m almost on par with 1060m.

On top of that, a lot of performance difference in Laptop comes down on how good the cooling is.
Even if 2 machines with the same spec can perform quite differently if one of them have crap cooling, and this happens way too often.

This applies to both GPU and CPU on Laptops, because the cooling affects how the Boost clocks and TDP is set up in the Laptop.
If the Laptop is max-Q, nVidia is pretty good in keeping the manufacturers in line, so most of them perform similarly, but for non Max-Q it is all up in the air.

I've read that the new generation Asus ROG laptops have improved anti-dust cooling with two 12 V fans.

How thin and how loud are these laptops

Any gaming laptop will end up with defective cooling and GPUs overheating. They always require a cooling pad to force the cooling while gaming. It's just a waste of money.
I saw it over and over again, people get woed by sleek shapes and clever advertising and end up with hot stoves in their laps.
A desktop, even with poor cooling, is mu h much better than any laptop. Especially in a room that does not have AC in summer.

I beg to differ the last laptop worth its cooling was the Dell XPS Gen 1/Inspiron 9100

Could somebody explore for me which of these two laptops has better cooling please:

HP OMEN 17.3", i7-8750H, 16GB/256GB SSD 1TB HDD, GTX1070 (8GB4RF81EA)

and

ASUS GL703GS-E5011 - Intel Core i7-8750H (2.2 GHz, 9M Cache, up to 4.1 GHz), 16GB DDR4 (1 mem.slot free), 256GB PCIE G3X4 SSD + 1TB 540

I would be very grateful!

It does not matter. The laptops just don't have the volume for the required airflow to cool 300-400W of power or more.
They are a waste of money for that reason.
If you need to pay $2000 to learn that lesson... more power to you!
