I have an open loop water cooled EVGA RTX 2080 super(part number 08G-P4-3188-KR). I'm using an EKWB GPU block and have a 360mm and 280 mm radiator to cool my CPU and GPU.
When I tried uploading the BIOS to the database with GPUz, it said its already in the database and that this is the BIOS:

Here are the GPU-Z screenshots:
I noticed when overclocking, I'm hitting the power limit quite often and its dropping GPU clock speed when it hits the power limit. It appears that my stock power limit is 292.0 watts. I'm pretty sure the EVGA RTX 2080 Super FTW3 BIOS won't work on the reference design PCB cards. Is it possible to get the power limit raised another 30-50 watts? Is there another reference PCB BIOS with a higher watt limit?
