Is there a way to check the usage of a GPU?

Hi, recently i bought a Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC x3 8GB from a retailer in my country. When i opened it, the warranty seal was open, so for me, this isn't new at all. The seller said its normal that the importer of the product opens the boxes to check if the GPU came out allright. I do not trust this, since that yellow seal proves that its brand new. So the GPU came out like this:

So,i wanted to know if there is something on the GPU Z software that helps me prove this GPU isn't new at all. Thanks for your help.

I don't know what to do now. The seller keeps telling me that, but i don't think a company would break the warranty seal at all. I already send an email to the importer to ask for this. Thanks for your help.

I'm not sure about the warranty seal thing but you can check if the card is already registered online, if it isn't then at least it shouldn't affect the warranty
