It's not, and you know that 1,500 USD worth of hard drives is right here:
11x Secondary HDDs: 3 Tb Western Digital Caviar Green

Price is blown out of proportion in comparison to what you can do yourself. I bet I could build the same rig for about 10,000 USD. A lot of it is overkill though, this isn't a gaming machine, it's a VM server in a box that can serve up content to the web and game at the same time without a hitch. It would cost less to build a gaming rig and a server separately too.

5 6 things wrong with that config:

1 - 6x23'' screens. That will take up a wall or something. :twitch:
2 - 64GB of no-brand RAM @ 1333MHz. Yeah... (As if half of that amount at 1866MHz wasn't a better option) :shadedshu
3 - 33TB of HDD space. This is good for downloading part of the internet, but take backups into account. Visiting the internet is overrated anyway...having it on your computer is all the rage these days.
4 - You have 33TB for data...and there's a 512GB SSD. :wtf:
5 - No type of cooling described. If it is stock, well...I'll laugh...very loudly.
EDIT: 6 - There's only 10 (internal) SATA ports on a Rampage IV. :ohwell:

So, that's basically just throwing hardware in a list that theoretically works, but not taking everything else into account. As for the price, sounds about right for that kind of config, but I don't know...really.
What is that for anyways? VMs? Video editing (over HD)?
If that's for gaming...well...good for them. They just showed how much they know about computer hardware.

EDIT2: Rewrote 2 and 3. Added smileys. :)

that's a bad deal, lol 700,000 pesos lol it's like 500k for the parts (brand new) then add 200k for the fees of me building it, that's so BS no joke

lol my system cost me 191,178 Philippine Pesos = 4477.23$ US Dollars

this includes my corsair k90 keyboard, roccat kone+ mouse and roccat alumic mouse pad using 3 23" monitor and x2 Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache.
and 32gb of g.skill ripjaws Z 8X4gb. and a crucial m4 128gb ssd

on that side note, remove 29120 pesos from my overall budget then add = 50,000php for the 3960x = 191,178 - 29120 = 162058

add the processor 50,000 + 162,058 = 212,058

remove my x3 23" monitor then add x6 viewsonic monitor. it is 15,300 each and since your buying 6 of them you are likely to get a discount but let's not include the discount.

212,058 - 23,700 from my monitor = 188358 + 91,800 (6 of those monitor) = 280,158

then remove my ssd and add a 20k pesos (at least for a bigger ssd) or 30k

280,158 - 8499 (for my ssd) = 271,659

271,659 + 30,000 (estimated price of the ssd) = 301,659

301,659 - 11,000 (from my x2 1TB Western Digital Caviar Black 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD) = 290,659 + 4900(x11) = 290,659 + 53900 = 344,559

then remove my thermaltake level 10 GT = 337,059 + 17,000 for cosmos II = 354,059

then remove my keyboard,mouse,mouse pad = 12059 will be deducted = 342,000

now removing my ram and adding the 8gb models = 332,800 then adding the rams

8x8gb 1333 8x8gb g.skill ares = 19,800

332,800 + 19,800 = 352,600

then removing my gpu = 304,600

304,600 + x4 7970 (dual X) = 304,600 + 96,800 = 401,400

let's add in 18,700 as stated above he got a cost for the 512gb crucial ssd

401,400 + 18,700 = 420,100

then removing my Motherboard and adding the asus rampage IV extreme Bf3 edition

= 404,600 + 23500 = 428,100

am I missing something else?
btw the one I put there is a 4,100 php samsung blu-ray combo drive.

overall total for what I found is 428,100 Philippine Pesos if we convert it to US Dollars

10,025.76$ US Dollars

from what you stated there for 700K pesos that's utter BullS^&* it's best to avoid scams like that, I experienced it once and I hated that feeling and hate those kind of scam so best avoid those people is the advice I can give you.

edit: all these are the price of brand new, and in your case maybe that system above are used which is just sad. and of course all of those stuff above are from respected brands

There is a typo somewhere, and given the absurdity of 33TB of storage and the physical limitation of SATA ports- I would assume there is only 1 3TB HDD.

even still that kind of price is absurd I tend to get hot about scammers like that. no problem on game scammer but real life scam really ticks me off, got scammed once when I was buying a processor which was supposed to be an i7 3960X then after it happens few weeks later I manage to stray around here and asked for advice and went with 3930k
