Is this bend ok?

I had to get an ACX3 on the top card after unlocking but I couldn't get it to fit under the soundcard with the mounting plate so I just screwed it into the the PCB and it got a little bendy. Don't know much about long term effects of that.

My cards have drooped that low without hurting them permanently though I have straightened them out due to para and more free space

I thought its all about the chip contact and as long as its firmly in place you should be fine.

just keep an eye on temps, anything strange starts happening then phone the police!

Should be fine, though you could rig some support for the card to prevent further warping due to prolonged exposure to gravity

If I may make a suggestion: I believe you could improve cooling a bit if turn your side panel fans to exhaust. If you switch your H110 to take fresh air from the outside (i.e. use it's fans as an intake for the case) and leave the top rear fan as exhaust, you'd probably see added benefit with putting the top side fan to exhaust as well. And seeing how the VGA coolers dump their heat inside, feeding them fresh air from the front case intake(s) then using the lower side fan as an exhaust seems like the optimum configuration, no?

My case is setup for positive pressure for the sake of dust control. 5 intake vs 3 exhaust all low fixed speed for noise. I could get faster intake fans and reverse some others but then I gain noise. It's not ideal for temps but it's not terrible for them either given the other benefits.

I guess I could add the top filter and reverse those fans while removing the side filter and reversing those but then my cpu is dumping heat into the case which is the last thing I need with those cards.

Well, anyway, those cards use what, at least a 4 layer PCB? Should be fine even with a bit more warping (just look at motherboards and 800g+ CPU heatsinks), though I would worry about keeping them like that for several years...
