can you add an arrow? I assume you are showing bent pins? I sort of see some misalignment of the bottom right corner, but nothing that cant be adjusted.

Yes. A magnifying glass and a small pick...micro size tools for watches and glasses may work. A very small flat head screwdriver (smaller than 0) again...micro size tools.

I haven't seen the board till tommorow, this is the high rez pic he sent me. It looks like there are quite a few to me, but the bottom corner seems the worst to me.

they do look messy, but as long as the entire pin in each instance is still there, just time and tiny tools should get it back in action. I exploded a socket with too much memory OC, and even that one came back to life!

bga are much more resilient than people think, a small hook (fishing) or the eye of a needle have been my weapons of choice in the past when i have needed to pull the pins back into line.
older pins where even easier to do, a mech pencil and a credit card to line them all up was all that was needed, now you need a good eye as you cant just run a cc down the line xD

the other thing you need to keep in mind is they do not need to be spot on when the cpu isnt installed.
when you put the cpu in it will push them all down a little so you can get away with being a little off

Its fixable but you have to be really really careful as the others have said and yeah you need a steady hand and good tools on hand. Ive done this once on a socket 775 motherboard and it took me good 2 hours for a few bent pins. Good Luck
