That wouldn't be a bad deal, except for the fact that you do not want to touch that Diablo-crap PSU. Not worth killing your system trying to save $50 on a combo deal.

pretty much what paul is saying except i would also stay away from that chipset on the mb as well, if you want to do any OC'ing find an amd 7 or 8 series

If it were a better Mobo and PSU it would be a fantastic deal. I just don't see that system running all that well for too long. If you already have a GPU and are a light user then it is probably great.

In my opinion, best option is jus to wait and save up more, build your own pc to your likings and use components that will future proof you.
