i have a MSI N460GTX 1GB Cyclone and the GPU voltage (default) is .975v and i just bought a second one (used on ebay) and it's default is 1.000v and I've had a few of these cards in the past and i think all of them were .975v but I really don't recall for sure

Does that mean someone flashed the bios or can this voltage come from the factory? I ask because of concern that the MFG warranty would be voided

Fermi cards have VID's as low as 0.962V(I think a little lower actually) to as much as 1.037V.
