Is this Nvidia GeForce 660 ti fake?

I recently bought a gpu for my first pc build and came across a 99$ NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2 GB GTX650TI-OC-2GD5 (as listed). I know it's probably the worst place to buy a gpu because of fakes, but It said it was used. I checked around after i bought it and searched for the name. The pictures I found seemed to look different but idrk. (I'm on a really tight budget and im still out to get the cpu RAM and hard drive)

the listing has 660ti/650ti interchanged everywhere.

i'd get out of this ASAP.

Always have seller take picture of white stickers on back of card and have him write his name on paper and have them both next to eachother as verification

um, if the model of the listing (i dont care about the title, it could say 'gaming graphics card', same situation) says GTX650TI-OC-2GD5 & it looks like the GTX650TI-OC-2GD5 i opened on newegg, then that means it's a GTX650TI-OC-2GD5 doesnt it?

did you price check every other potential competition such as 750ti, 660, 570, & the radeons? low prices mix up generations & performance levels way too much so you have to be careful

now the question is, is $100 worth it for a 650ti... sounds like no because of 750ti & 1050's existence if you can find them close to that price

If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck then chances are it's a duck (interchange duck for GTX650Ti)

you have some idea, it's not an msi branded card, it's not a reference cooler either

there arent that many choices, go through every asus product if you have to, only a few will look like this photo

or just ask the seller

Actually, there is a picture of the label on the back of the card on the item listing.

Based on the ebay page and the seller profile it looks more like a seller who didn't understand what they had and over-valued it rather than a scammer trying to rip someone off. Still, it was misrepresented and thus qualifies for a return claim under ebay rules. If I were in your place, that's what I would do. $99 is twice what a 650ti is actually worth.

As it happens, I just found one of these https://www.techpowerup.com/170614/galaxy-geforce-gtx-660-ti-2gb-gc-and-3gb-gc-launched (the 2GB version) when clearing up some stuff in the house today.
If you're interested PM me and I'll send you some pictures and what not. Not asking for much, just to cover the postage, as the card isn't really worth a lot.
