"Memory" Should be "Storage"

I would change the PSU for a Quality 500 Watt 80+ Gold one.

Besides that it looks good to me.

I have a similar build, look at my specs.

Take 2x8 GB RAM instead of 4x4 GB, unless somehow the second option is cheaper.

You certainly don't need a 750W PSU for that system. I recommend a good 600W PSU like Enermax Maxpro 600W, Zalman ZM-600 TX, Be Quiet Pure Power L8 600W etc. Keep in mind that even a quality 550W PSU (with 500W actual power delivery) will be enough, but I would recommend a 600W instead.

I have a similar system with a Be Quiet! Straight Power 500 Watt PSU, it gets the job done with no sweat, even when overclocking.

I wouldn't choose a 500W PSU with "K" CPU and GTX 1070. It's all about how big safety margin you want....

Apart from the Ram comment above, my only comment would be that if the Op is investing more in a Z270 board why not go for a 7600K rather than the 6600K where a cheaper Z170 would suffice?

sometimes its cheaper to get previous processor for the same socket than the current or recently launched one...

OK I get that, where I am they retail the same but maybe different for him but personally if I was going Skylake because it was cheaper I would also save some by going Z170 rather than 270.
