Is this Video Card fixable?

I got this for free from a friend. It is an Asus EAH5750.

I installed it, and the computer does not post with the card installed. So, I tried this on second PC and the same thing, no post. The fan runs on the card, so I began to look at the card and seems there is an issue!


To the left of my finger, seems something has been bumped of the card. Ill post a few pics.





I wonder if I could solder on a new part (first I have to figure out what it is called :) )

I believe those are surface mount capacitors. If you can find the value of the others you can buy one and solder it onto the board.
