i have this issue when im playing a game maybe after 30 minutes after i start it. The issue is that my screen goes black randomly. it could go black for three seconds, turn on for 2 seconds and go black again. or it could not go black for 1 mins and then do it again. The reason why i think its an issue with my graphics card or graphics card settings is because when im doing something else that is putting less strain on the gpu my screen works normally. (for example if im watching youtube) my gpu: Gtx 1050 ti

16gb ddr3 ram
processor: AMD fxx-8350
also i use msi afterburner so if you have any tips with settings then please reply.

You said you use afterburner are you overclocking the card?
check the temperature when idle and under gaming load
check if swapping monitor or cable if problem resurfaces
check if you're on latest stable driver

tho I think its overheating

Make sure the graphics card is not overheating (anything below 90c) and you have a decent power supply (at least 400w) made by a known vendor, and not unknown or Corsair.

Check all the fans are spinning, including PSU fan. Check the event log for display driver errors.

Uninstall all graphic drivers, then perform a cleanup with DDU from safe mode, and install the latest one from Nvidia's website.

Sounds like a cable problem, I have the same. Old hdmi cables are rated only for 1080 60Hz, and they can go above that, but not by much, or too long...

If you want to be sure, cap your refresh rate or enable vsync at 60Hz, it should go away.

Make sure its a VESA-certified DP cable. Cheap ones are known to cause trouble.

If the monitor is ASUS VG248, there are reports that dual-link DVI works better.
