Really weird issue - I have RealTemp 3.70 running minimized with system tray displaying 4 core temperatures on my 3770k and GPU temperatures on an SLI 660 Ti setup.
When I have realtemp running and I attempt to run a game it takes forever to launch and the framerate is extremely sluggish - somewhere in the neighborhood of single digits.
As soon as I shut down RealTemp performance is where it should be - solid 60 frame, fast performance in the game menus etc.
I've tried looking but haven't found anybody with this problem - it seems that realtemp for some reason is causing extremely sluggish performance when I launch games - through steam, origin, or uplay.
setup is a maximus v formula, 16 gigs of ram, 3770k processor, and sli 660 Ti.
Any help would be appreciated.
BTW - normal operating system performance seems to be unaffected when running realtemp - only games are impacted.
