Basically I bought it first the dock touchpad didn't work, the replacement for that was in store and worked fine. A week later the hinge became loose and It didn't hold the tablet in place, the dock doesn't sit even on a table either. It took 6 weeks for just the dock to be replaced, all they replaced was the hinge. Now I just noticed I have a dead pixel and I'm just fed up with this product. I love it as its really a great product, but the fact that so many problems have plagued my experience with it make me want to return it because I'm paying for a product that is kind of faulty. I can either go to store or go the main repairer and try to get a refund or atleast the $600 I paid for it in instore credit. Is this going to be possible to do? I live in Australia by the way. I just think that having so many problems with this product isn't right, and dead pixels are the largest annoyance known to man. It has been almost 3 months since I've bought it and only been able to use it properly for about a month of that time.
I should have went for the surface pro 2 in the first place, which will be my next purchase if I can get a refund for this.
