I'm kinda surprised tbh.I think it comes down to availability mostly.Too early for rtx to have that much impact.

Now that 1660Ti is out,1660 and 1650 on the way and navi is nowehere to be seen,RTG are gonna have a hell of a hard time.

AMD in 2018 only refreshed Polaris, and at a stupid MSRP. Nvidia at least put out a new line of GPU. I am really not that surprised. TBH i am more surprised AMD’s discrete PC GPU business is still around. Things might fare better for them if they just focus on consoles.

I guess, it's the result of combination :
1) "No new Polaris-class GPU" this year on AMD side
2) RTX release
2a) Subsequent "Pascal storage cleaning" price drops.
Since they are sold out, they had to go somewhere.

PS. When was last time AMD was below 20% on GPU market share?

There's amd cards available at good prices,but those are usually limited stock,gone quickly.They're offering those game bundles,but I don't know man,they're nice,but somehow I never took them as game changers for my own purchases,and I don't think most people do.

It's not too surprising, Pascal was better before the crypto nonsense, and it remains better after. Nvidia have brought Turing to the market and AMD have just shrunk Polaris and Vega... neither of which has set the world alight (beyond their horrendous planet killing lack-of-efficency).
