Please help I heard that majority of GTX1080 owners were experiencing the same problem. Thanks

Everything is fine on my machine with a mix of ULTRA/HIGH settings, solid 60 FPS. Maybe Windows 7 is the issue?

Look how Vega takes a +50% FPS with a small console command that alters cpu usage. I can see the change in cpu core 0 from 100% all the time to 90% which made the game GPU bound from CPU bound and allowed Vega show its potential. Call me suspicious...

@W1zzard maybe you could benchmark some of the high end gpus with this command in order to check if only Vega is affected or all of them?

is it me or is this game badly optemized? cus witcher 3 plays beter on ultra..
my gpu usage is 99% while cpu is at 18-34%

be aware those dips is when i go to windowed mode
i get 50 ish fps in open world, while around 36 in towns i run on 1980x1060
bigest thing i hate is the draw distance, world models start to pop in, and drags the fps down
