The World record so far for a 6950x is 5.7GHz. Broadwell-E 6950X isn't exactly a great clocker. Out of the three chips I've had, only one does 4.4 GHz for 24/7 use. That tells me there was much time spent on binning CPUs. We all know Kingp1n spent time binning the vgas too, so kudos to him for getting the rewards from that time spent chasing the record and then smashing it pretty hard.
