Kingston SSD A400 Screeching Sound Noise Issue

i had a noise issue with a new kingston SSD, i did a fix for it, it works perfectly and it isnt a problem for the temperature in the SSD, i did the test many days.

as you can see in this video, the alternative solution worked for me

This if the noise my ssd makes, as u can see it is quite annoying -

I just want to say thanks for the idea. I was looking at buying an enclosure to put the ssd in, but tried your idea, I wrapped my mx500 ssd in electrical tape, followed by paper towels (lots of it), then another layer of electrical tape, making sure to cover the whole ssd. Temps are fine, average 40c, it worked a treat!

yea if your ssd is making ANY Noise its very likely defective and should be returned or replaced
this is NOT normal or acceptable I have never heard of an ssd having coil whine because they don't have have coils ....

I had an old Revo Drive that did that.. it is no longer with us.. Also had a Crucial M4 256 that didn't do that, but still died. Guess who this guy doesn't buy from anymore lol.

im agree with you, but im in quarentine, i cant move, then i had to do this haha
