LAN party box

Planning to do a cheap lan party box for online fps. I have a Chenming cube with handle at the front. Asus 775 ddr2 motherboard. E9400 cpu. 4 gigs ddr2-800. MIOS 400w. What could be a retro videocard to fit the time period?

I'd say something like an 8800 GTX / GTS / GT, or 9800 GTX type powerband would be where I'd be wanting to aim to match that CPU.

I do have a E8400 too but I rather use the more powerful one. Good for the GPU I will open my boxes of parts and see if I got that in stock
