On my friends Dell laptop w/ Vista, when you turn it on, the backlight on the LCD screen lights up, but nothing appears on the screen. Its just black.
The HD spins up to speed, and it seems like its reading...
I've taken the keyboard off and checked the connections, they all seem good. The cable to the monitor seemed secure, the RAM i took out and put back in, and its got integrated graphics.
I've run out of ideas on what to do. If anyone has any idea that would be great.
Thank you for your time
