The Inquirer reports, that the massive Lenovo Group will introduce a series of AMD Athlon 64 and AMD Athlon XP based home PCs, named Lenovo Feng Xing V.
The AMD Athlon 64 based home PC will be called Feng Xing V8000, and the AMD Athlon XP based system Feng Xing V6000.
AMD64 processors are able to handle Enhanced Virus Protection, which will be introduced in Microsoft's Service Pack 2.
Lenovo is the biggest computerseller in china.
With a Market share of 28%.
So AMD called it a "big thing". Only last year, china sold 13 million computersystems.
